Dr. Appu Kuttan, CyberLearning Founder and Chairman, is a renowned education and management systems expert. Dr. Kuttan has been an advisor to many World and state (U.S.) leaders including the late Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi on making India an IT power. He was recently honored with the 2006 Global Digital Literacy Champion Award.

Dr Laurence Peters, CyberLearning VP for Education, served as a former Senior Advisor in the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Vocational and Adult Education during 1996-2001 and co-authored the acclaimed book From Digital Divide to Digital Opportunity with Dr. Kuttan.
